The Gathering Place Where Family Matters

Karen encouraged the ladies to express appreciation to those who faithfully serve and probably aren’t thanked very often. Today, let me share a little more from that same retreat.

I am grateful for the impact that she had upon so many. I am also grateful that she lived out in her home was she spoke and taught in public. At one of the retreats, she spoke of the importance of being an encourager.

I have come across one of Karen’s folders that contains seminar notes as well as thank you notes from ladies. Let me share just a little of the thank you note that Karen received from one of the ladies from a multi-church ladies’ retreat

I get to see her handwriting as I hold her Bible and her Bible study notes. I can picture where she would have been doing her Bible study, and it blesses my heart. Today I am going to share a few of the very brief statements she made as she was studying the Scriptures. I hope that they will be a blessing to you.
