He ran one of the local businesses and was so thrilled with the outstanding work of a young man named Ryan who was a local Bible college student. “Ryan, I love your work ethic. The register always balances at the close of your shift. I can’t always say that about most of my other part-time employees,” the unsaved, unchurched boss told him. “Do you know if there are any other students at your Bible college that want a job? If you tell me they’re good, I’ll hire them. I’ve never been a religious man, Ryan, but after watching you work, I just might go to your church someday. You’ve invited me enough times!” the boss said with a smile. Ryan walked and worked honestly for his employer. It made a difference.
