This gives us joy today: “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not because it knew Him not” (1 John 3:1).

No matter where you are today, if you know Christ, the Father has bestowed His love on you.
No matter how deep the regret you are feeling today, if you know Christ, the Father has bestowed His love on you.
No matter how many poor choices have resulted in sad consequences, if you know Christ, the Father has bestowed His love on you.

Yesterday we spoke of confessing our sins and experiencing the joy of forgiveness and cleansing. Today we glory in the indescribable love that the Father has lavished upon us. We can’t explain it. We can’t fully define it. However! We can rejoice in it, dear friend.

Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so….I hope that blessed hymn truth resounds over and over and over again for you today.
