“I See Danger Ahead and You Will Laugh Again!”
Thank you for traveling with us dear friends.
We cannot imagine what it would be like without you walking along with us. We have a precious family and amazing friends who care deeply about us. We even have folks who stop by the website that assure us of their prayers. We truly do feel like we are wrapped up in the loving arms of our awesome Father.
You are wondering how Karen is doing. Yesterday was not a good day. Today has started to become a little better. She has taken some of her nausea medication and hopefully will be feeling better soon. She is very tired and feels weak. This is the first time she has taken this chemo. Hence we didn’t know how she would react to it. While it is much less of a reaction than if she were on the “big guns” it is still major chemo to fight the cancer.
So what’s the danger ahead? We were sitting together today and just enjoying being together. Karen’s two little dogs hopped up with us and to be honest, her dogs smell like dogs. Yep! They both need a bath! When I wrote about my experience of bathing the dog, hundreds and hundreds came to the website to read about it. I told my sweetheart, I am going to ask our friends what their suggestion would be. I am tempted to put them both together at the same time in the tub to get it over with sooner. What do you think? I will let you know how this turns out.
Thanks dear friends. We need your prayers. We love your fellowship. We are asking the Lord to bless you richly.
