“Blessed is that man that makes the LORD his trust” (Psalm 40:4).
Diane was concluding the workday as she reviewed several important points with the new employee named Molly. “I’ve noticed something special about you, Diane,” Molly noted. “I don’t want to do anything on my first day of work to put you in an awkward situation. However, just by the way you have spoken to me today, and some of the things you have shared, may I ask you if you are a believer?” Diane was delighted and responded by saying, “I surely am. I take it you are as well?” The ladies were so glad to learn that they were not only co-employees; they were also sisters in Christ. It was an incredible story of grace and trust in the Lord on the part of both ladies. How will trusting in the Lord play out in your life today? Be watching for ways that He wants to bless your life and reveal Himself to you.
For today: At the end of the day, I will be glad that I have trusted in the Lord today. How about you?
