“Finally brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified” (2 Thessalonians 3:1).

 Today is Thursday. Your Pastor is very aware that Sunday is coming. In the midst of many things that demanded his attention in the last several days, his heart is drawn with love to the studying of God’s Word to preach this Sunday. As you think of your Pastor on this day, pray that the Lord’s Word will not be hindered; but that it will go forth with power and authority as it is preached on the Lord’s Day.

For today: Have you prayed for your Pastor today. It is Thursday; but Sunday is coming!
