“For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ”  (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

 Call me bad if you wish, but I just love how “politically incorrect” the Scriptures are. Declaring that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only Way to the Father, the only Way for salvation, and the only Way for blessing, Paul rejoices at the top of his worship, that the believer will never experience the wrath of God. I don’t know about you, but the wrath of God is nothing I want to experience. And, PRAISE THE LORD, I never will, because I belong to the Lord Jesus. How about you?
