It matters greatly!
Everything hangs on this!
One must absolutely believe it!
Christ’s resurrection is an absolute necessity.

Think of Matthew 16:21, “From that time forth began Jesus to show unto His disciples, how that He must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.”

If Christ didn’t rise, He would not be who He said He was and He didn’t do what He claimed He could and would do! I know that this is a long sentence in your Daily Prescription. I’ve written it this way on purpose because I wanted you to read the profound implication in one breath of what it would be if Christ didn’t rise.

But everything changed early on that Sunday morning The angel proclaimed, “He is not here: for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay” (Matthew 28:6). Did you catch those words, “As He said!”

You can trust the Lord Jesus. He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). There is no salvation apart from trusting Him alone (Acts 4:12).

Think of it. Christ’s resurrection is a grave matter! His grave is empty!
