Thanks for stopping “Karen’s Notes!” We begin a new year together with a wonderful Scripture verse, a good note that Karen wrote to herself, and perhaps a smile about how I would tease her a little.

In her own words, exactly as they were written in the closing application of a message I preached quite some time ago, here is what Karen wrote to herself. These few thoughts are just what we need as we close out 2023 and look forward to the start of 2024. Thanks for stopping by today.

I was looking through some of the notes Karen wrote in her Bible study journal. There it was! Bless her heart. She always took notes on the messages I preached. Recently I discovered in her notes a message I preached well over twenty years ago. For those who know my Karen, you will smile to see her typical brief, “to-the-point” conclusion.
