“Crawling or Soaring. It’s Up To You”

Two people who typically sat near each other in church every Sunday actually lived in two different worlds. Both had experienced some trials and sorrows. But how differently they responded. The first believer “lived under her circumstances.” She complained. She was resentful that the Lord would allow such a thing. She became bitter and sour. The other believer “soared above her circumstances.” She didn’t live in denial and readily admitted that the trials were deep. However, she praised the Lord. She trusted Him. She was comforted by Him. “They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31). Crawling or soaring is up to you!
