For the next few days, let’s camp together on “the unsearchable riches of Christ.”

I completely believe this.
I totally am convinced of this.
I am confidently proclaiming this.
I doubt that I have scratched the surface as to how incredibly wonderful this is.
I’m speaking of the riches that belong to Christ Jesus our Lord.

Think of this verse with me, my friends. “Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ” (Ephesians 3:8).

Paul never got over it. He never fully understood it. Yet he rejoiced in it. The same could be said for every believer who is walking with the Lord and investing time with Him. I’m speaking of the “unsearchable riches” of Christ.

The word “unsearchable” is anexichniastos (an-ex-ikh-NEE-as-tos) presenting the idea of that which cannot be searched out, that cannot be comprehended.

The word “riches” is ploutos (PLOO-tos) and pictures wealth, abundance, fulness. It is important to remember that along with Paul, we, too, have the wonderful privilege of belonging to and serving the Lord Jesus Whose riches are unsearchable. For the next couple of days, we together will think about the riches of our Savior.

For today: Do you know this One of Whom I am writing? I’m not asking if you know about Him? I’m asking if you know Him personally. He alone is the Savior.
