“And they shall see His face; and His name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God gives them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever” (Revelation 22:4-5).
Margie and her husband Adam were finishing their devotions at the dining room table. Completing the book of The Revelation, Margie started to cry softly. “I just cannot begin to imagine what that day will be like. I believe it with all my heart and soul, but I cannot imagine what it will be like to see His face. I’m sure that means that He will look at me and I will look at Him,” she said.
Adam replied to her comment by saying, “If I could have all the money in the world, I wouldn’t trade for a moment the wonderful blessing of what awaits us for it. Seeing the Lord, having His name in my forehead, and seeing the shining bright glory of my amazing God will be far more precious than anything here below.”
