“A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver,” according to Proverbs 25:11. This gives the idea of thinking before one speaks and then communicating in ways that are helpful and uplifting. Even then there are times that we speak the truth and others reject it! When old Tom said to his friends, “A stitch in time saves nine,” he certainly was correct. Sadly, he was immediately kicked out of the Procrastinator’s Club.
