“And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted…” (Ephesians 4:32).
As I was writing today’s Daily Prescription, my wife Karen, brought me a cup of coffee. She touched my hand and was thoughtful in what she said to me. That little act of kindness really blessed my life today. Come to think of it, many of the acts of kindness that we can show throughout the day do not have to be great big things. Sometimes it is the little thoughtful things we do that result in many blessings. Look around you today. Ask the Lord to help you be a giver of kindness more than a demander of kindness. You never know how much you may bless someone by your little act of kindness.
For today: A little act of kindness extended because the Lord has been so kind to us is precious indeed!
