“The Top Ten Things You Must Do to Make the Most of Christmas”
“The Top Ten Things You Must Do to Make the Most of Christmas” Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. It always has been. No doubt this year as I live with my sweetheart, who has such a life-changing illness, I appreciate this Christmas more than ever. In fact, I have come […]
Reserving “Awesome” for God Alone!
“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God” (Romans 11:33). Our God is rich! The Greek word in this verse translated “rich” is ploutos (PLU-tos). It means to have abundance, plenty, and fullness. Everything that describes our great God can be summarized by saying that He is absolutely rich in everything. The more you get to know this awesome God, the less likely you will be to use the word “awesome” for anything else. www.michaelpeck.org
Feeling Rather Insignificant?
“Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable” (Psalm 145:3). Don’t focus on how small you feel. Focus on how big your God is! www.michaelpeck.org
You and Your Purpose!
“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
The seasons come and go with a special rhythm designed by the Master Creator. The older we grow often the faster the seasons seem to fly by. Solomon talked about learning from the seasons and how God has a purpose and plan for everything. That means, God has a plan and purpose for you. There is no greater joy than to know the Lord Jesus as Savior and to discover His plan. www.michaelpeck.org
